The Jiwaji University Gwalior, Student Help Desk is a technical support service for students who are using the various services and studying at Jiwaji University. Around-the-clock telephone support as well as online support are available to students.
The helpline center of Jiwaji University, Gwalior has been provided free number 1800 233 1964 for the convenience of all students. In this context, the complaints are resolved under the prescribed time limit by filing information and related complaints regarding the services being run by the University. For this, the student can file complaint by placing a free number 1800 233 1964 or 0751 2442713. When a complaint is lodged by the students, a complaint number is given to them, so that they can get information about the status of the complaint time to time. Their complaint is sent to the concerned officer through the help center, and it is settled under the prescribed time limit. If the complaint can not be resolved under the time limit for any reason then the complaint is forwarded to the higher authorities for high level inquiry in the concerned department.
